ProjectConnect offers insight in all involved parties in the collaboration with their roles, responsibilities and contributions.

You will have insight in the overall project structure and which party is responsible for which subproject. In the same way, you will gain insight in the Theory of Change for the whole project and which party is responsible for the diverse outcomes, outputs and activities. Results can be measured and aggregated, by using a congruent set of indicators for the whole project.

Also, the overall budget and the allocations per partner are made transparent for the designated involved parties, by using a congruent set of budgetlines that support the whole collaboration project.
